    For anyone interested, if you go here
    IS-362 Multi-Hazard Emergency Planning for Schools
    You'll see that you have to take an interactive based course to complete this exam.

    However, if you google "Multi-Hazard Emergency Planning for Schools" the 3rd entry is
    MHPFS
    which has the course manual available for download.
