Default Is "No Federal Lending" a Red Flag?

I'm considering the MBA/HRM program at Northcentral University. They have everything I'm looking for ---online MBA/HRM, RA+ACBSP accreditation, no GMAT, great tuition, schedule flexibility, ect...

But----, I was wondering about the no federal lending policy. Is this a big red flag that the school is not legit? Or experiencing some trouble with the federal gov't? However, they will accept the GI Bill, just not financial aid via the FAFSA so I don't know what to think!

Here's the link: Northcentral University | Accredited Online Degree Programs

    Thanks in advance,
