Red face Help with My First DSST test!

I'm going to take my first DSST test tomorrow on World Religions. I've been studying the "Complete Idiots..." and InstaCert flashcards. I'm having major test anxiety. How hard is this test? Any advice on what I should focus on? Also, the University I will be attending requires a 50 on the test. I don't undersand this scoring. What does 50 mean? It sounds like a 50% but I know that isn't correct. Help!!!

50 means about half right. You shouldn't be worried, the exam is kinda easy. Search the specific feedback information page to see what you need to focus on. Good luck!

Anyway, you wont have any problem. Just keep studying and follow larry7crys's advice. ^^

A score of 50 is the 50th percentile level not 50%.

Scores range from 20-80 (percentile levels).

I seem to remember posting this elsewhere, but. . .

I looked at the subject list for one of the study guides posted on eBay. Did a copy and paste to a text file and then. . .

Wikipedia and Google are your friends when studying for this exam.

That's on top of the Idiot's Guide, which is a good primer but doesn't have everything. I would, however, reread the section on Islam before going into the test. That's probably the most useful and thorough portion of that book.
