To obtain credit for the FEMA Independent Study Courses at TESC, you just complete all the FEMA courses you want to do, then go online and have a transcript sent to TESC. It's that simple. No going through FCC and paying their crazy 60 bucks per credit thing or anything like that.

Just go to Emergency Management Institute - FEMA Independent Study Program and click on the ISP Transcript Request link on the right. That will take you to a PDF. Just print it out, fill it out, and fax or mail it to TESC. There's no fee to have your transcripts sent to any college you want either.
