Default Org Behavior ECE and TESC

I'm trying to figure something out with Organizational Behavior... The DANTES will work for the category I need to fill at TESC (works as a Soc Sci) so I went to the IC flashcards and I there I read a warning about LL vs UL... I dunno if I'm understanding it correctly, I guess the DANTES gives LL credit, but Business majors may need to take it as UL which means taking the Excelsior College Exam (ECE) instead? I'm with TESC now but would like to keep my options open to transferring to Excelsior for a business degree later. I'd need a pretty good reason to take an ECE test at $205 over a DANTES at $70 but if what I'm reading is what it looks like, this may be a good reason. Anyone know?
    Thx!

The deal as I understand it is this:

Org Behavior is a requirement for the Business Degree at EC. You must also have 12 units of upper-level business credit to obtain the BGB degree. If you take Org Behavior as an upper-level course or test--you satisfy your Org Behavior requirement AND take care of 3 of those 12 upper level credits--particularly if you take the EC exam. I believe you can satisfy the Org Behavior requirement at a lower-level, but there is also apparently a distinction between a business and an arts and sciences org behavior course/test so you would have to get that approved--although someone on the board here will likely know what the DSST would be considered.

Thanks - that clears it up a little. I checked in TESCs documentation for DSST.... this test has an asterisk which means "This examination may be classified either as Social Sciences or business, depending on the student's degree program". It gives the 2 equivalency courses as PSY-361-DE (social sci) and MAN-311-DE (if using it as a business class).

Curiously though.... TESC equates the DSST to be 300 level but EC calls it a LL test - maybe because they want you to take their ECE test (at 3 times the DSST price)(???)

Now I guess I need to get confirmation that TESC will accept the ECE as a social science.
