I passed the ECE HRM exam today with a letter grade of "B." If anyone is thinking of taking this exam, I would recommend that you use one of the texts that ECE advises. The HRM exam is graded on 10 content areas, so it is a broad exam, but ECE has a way of asking detailed questions, which makes the exams harder! I used, "Essentials of Human Resource Management" by Raymond Noe. I thought the text was good, although ECE recommends another text written by Mr. Noe. Anyway, good luck to anyone taking this exam.

Congratulations… I would also recommend using the text that is suggested by EC. I did not use the text but was still able to pass with IC as well as study notes posted by other members in the specific exam feedback area.
