Nervous about ECE HRM!!
I'm taking the Excelsior HR Management test at 8 a.m. tomorrow and I'm worried about it. I just did the practice test and got an 80% but it seems like so much to remember! I have a lot of HR experience but all of this is so specific! I passed the PHR and SPHR (certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management) so I hope it will all come back to me tomorrow!

I took it cold, no hrm experience and passed with a B.... I did not find it all that hard if you have ever been in any type of managerial position.

I Passed!
It turns out that I worried for nothing! I passed with a B. There was only one thing (transitional matrix, I think???) that I absolutely don't remember reading anything about. I'm so happy this is done, now I can concentrate on Finance which I hear is one of the hardest.
