Smile Brigham Young Offers Elementary Chemistry

I haven't taken any this course, but perhaps it might be what you are looking for. Brigham Young University is a regionally accredited four year university so there shouldn't be any trouble transferring your credit.

BYU's CHEM100BYU Independent Study - Distance Education Courses - Online Learning Cost: $411 Credits: 3 Method: Web based independent study. The textbook cost is $80, although you may well be able to find a much cheaper used edition.

Here are some choices. Choose chemistry in the category list. Looks like $400 to $500. A local community college could be your best bet.
