Studying for A&I lit is pretty hard. You either can read and interpret literature or you can't. Take a look at the feedback section, look up some terms and definitions, go take the test.
If you really feel like you must prepare. Look up some Robert Frost poems and a Shakespeare play, read them on your computer screen, get used to reading quickly while scrolling down. Best of luck.

This is the easiest test known to man. Do not try and study (no such thing). Just clear your mind and hack away.
I took this one cold, got a 70.
