Default DSST Principles of Public Speaking - speech topics

    Hello,

I am going to take this test. Does anyone know what are the specific topics for the speech they choose from? Can I get an overview of them anywhere? If
you have taken this test can you share what yours was? Also, is there somebody testing you or do you just use the microphone? Could this test be a problem
if English is not my primary language and I have a foreign accent?

I haven't taken this test but I don't think there's a list of topics to review ahead of time....the idea is that you have to make up a speech from scratch spur-of-the-moment. (I think they give you, say, 10 minutes or say to make an outline ahead of time though.)

I can't imagine why having a foreign accent would be a problem as long as you are using correct English and are speaking clearly.
