Does anyone have any additional study resources for the CLEP College Math exam? I know that Instantcert covers this but I am in need of additional resources. Thanks.

Hi Trajan, Here are a few online Math resources (not all topics on each site are applicable to the College Math exam, so you'll have to double-check against the College Math exam outline): http://mathnotes.com/aw_basicmath.html http://www.purplemath.com/modules/index.htm http://library.thinkquest.org/20991/home.html http://amby.com/educate/math.html http://www.math.com/students/homeworkhelp.html http://aaamath.com/ http://www.sosmath.com/ http://www.sosmath.com/cyberexam/cyber.html http://www.wtamu.edu/academic/anns/mps/math/mathlab/ Free Videos http://www.learner.org/resources/browse.html?discipline=5&grade=0&imageField2.x=10& imageField2.y=14 -- Hope it helps, Snazzlefrag

The petersons review, and wikipedia should be all you need.
I've posted an in depth analysis of this exam in another thread, but basically if you understand all of the principles in the Petersons guide, you'll be fine. Be sure to take the time and actually work out the sample problems, don't just read them. This test is quite doable. I scored 73 with less than a weeks prep after not having taken a college level math course in 20 years. |
