I'm trying to make the Nov. 21 deadline for Excelsior. I could fax my fema application in to FCC tomorrow, but they say on their application to allow four weeks for processing. I don't want to spend the money if it will not make it in time. Does anybody know how long it took FCC to send the transcript to EC after applying. Thanks

From my experience usually two weeks, three weeks at the most
