Awesome. This one's on the schedule in the next week or two provided the testing center opens up in December.

I just took the Personal Finance DSST...and passed with a 418 using nothing but the info on IC as a study guide.

The IC info was good...but could have been more in depth (with answer explanations) in the areas of bankruptcy, insurance (types), and real estate agents. Overall, I did pass, but I'd say probably only half the questions were addressed through IC....good thing a great deal of them were common sense too

I scored in low 400s as well and agree with this poster. Glad Excelsior isn't giving grade letters on these as I think I would have gotten a 'C'. I would say know more on CDs, Credit Insurance, SEC, Medicaid, Medicare, and their difference from HIPAA and COBRA.

I'm working on feedback, so I may post more in the Specific Feedback section. InstantCert is good for this exam, I forgot a few items in the investment area with mutual funds and money market accounts, so I could've scored a little higher. A pass is a pass!!
