Default Low Cost Upper Level Courses

I just want to share my findings into sources for distance/online lower cost upper level courses. It's an alternative to testing out to satisfy the upper level requirements.

I started out with this list:
    Request Information

Then I looked at colleges offering distance courses for bachelor degrees and higher. The ones with lower cost out-of-state tuition per credit hour so far are. Note that I haven't contacted them yet.

    Western New Mexico University
    Tuition and Fees 2

    and

    New Mexico Highlands University
Tuition Cost - New Mexico Highlands University

I haven't found a list for other regions yet. Also, I focused on online out-of-state non-resident tuition because it would then be open to everyone. Hope it helps.
