Default Scam...I say ..so watch out

I believe that college cram .com is a scam!!! I have registered ..giving them my email address and info and then tried to get online using the user id and password: it NEVER works!!! Now i get lots of junk info off my registration data, but I sure don't recieve any other their little "Cramlets". So, my current feeling is I've been scammed and they can get "cramletted". Has anyone used this site successfully?

    Crammed and scammed??? Ron

I know this doesn't really help you with your situation, but I would recommend setting up a SPAM email account (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.) just for these types of situations. These accounts are free and have extremely tight Spam Filtering options.

I work in IT and typically will register at multiple sites daily to get research information I need for projects. I setup a Yahoo account that I input as my email account just for this reason. It will keep your primary email account from being bombarded with SPAM.

    Just a suggestion...Hope this helps

It is not a scam. I use it sometimes as part of my study program. Are you using your entire email address as your userID? Perhaps you are using a pop-up blocker that is killing the window with the "Cramlet"? I am not sure what version of Flash you are using, but it runs fine for me with flashplayer 9. Let me know if any of these does not take care of your problem and I will help you work something out.

As far as the spam goes, I have been registered for about a month now and have noticed a small up-tic in the number of spam emails I have been receiving. I requested the webmaster remove me from any mailing lists they may distribute for profit. I have to read their privacy policy, but if its anywhere thats where it would be. I would not be heart broken to have to kill my account though. There are far too many resources out there to tolerate having my name sold. Hope this helps!

As I stated previously, I sent an email to college-cram.com regarding selling of email addresses. I also re-read their provacy policy and it states that email addresses are never released to third parties. A webmaster also replied to my email stating that fact and apologizing for any spam that may have been received, along with tips for eliminating spam. In my opinion, they seemed very concerned about being labeled as spammers. I have not found any additional things that have lead me to believe this site is a scam. Hope everything works out for you!
