I knew it would happen. Besides, your local library can be a proctor for your exams for free (at least the Coronado Library did) or charge a fee. I preferred the library because the hey, it's the library, you should be able to hear a pin drop. Naval Base Point Loma would have done it but they said that they are too small and too busy to proctor. I was looking to do it at the Naval Air Station but Thomas Edison denied all military bases for testing at the time. I'm sure it was because somebody misplaced the Technical Writing DSST. I remember taking that DSST at the University of Phoenix without being reimbursed. Damn Navy
