What is the easiest Upper Division general-ed Dantes/CLEP to take for Excelsior?

I have 3 requirements left to graduate:

1) intro to stats (taking Dantes)
2) research and writing (looking for an 8-pg paper to waive this req)
3) 3.0 semester hours at Upper Level of Arts and Sciences

Anyone give me any ideas? My major at Excelsior is Psych, so I've pretty much taken all the upper level Psych-related ECE exams
