Question @how to meet WGU's grad entrance 2.0 GPA requirement - jessew437 - 09-24-2017 I am writing to ask for help. I am planning on completing my bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies through Thomas Edison State University due to the wonderful suggestions passed on my friend who recommended this forum. I'll be taking a lot of my bachelor's courses through Study.com, and since TESU doesn't give any grade to transfer credits, other than the capstone or minimal courses I would take through TESU directly, I only have some previous community college credits with a GPA of 2.9. I am planning to do a master's in education through WGU, so I need to make sure that the plan I'm about to embark on is able to sync up with WGU's grad school requirements. Thank you, Jesse RE: Question @how to meet WGU's grad entrance 2.0 GPA requirement - dfrecore - 09-24-2017 If you need a 2.0, and you have a 2.9, then you've met the requirements. At TESU, you will take the Capstone, which will be graded, so that will give you a GPA there as well. Those combined will be what WGU looks at - and as I've said, you already meet the requirements. Thanks so much for the info. It takes away the anxiety I was feeling about this. Onward with finishing those bachelor's courses now. Jesse |
