There are not tests/inexpensive courses for a lot of these.

Core
Intro to Homeland Security - Propero $299
Emergency Management - CSU-Global $250
Domestic Terrorism - Penn Foster $329
Research Methods in CJ/Comparative National Security Analysis
Security Planning & Assessment - possibly CSU-Global's Comprehensive Emergency Planning $250
Infrastructure Security & Policy

Agency Management Emphasis:
Org Behavior - several options
Managing Human Resources - several options
Labor Relations - several options

Counterterrorism Emphasis:
International Terrorism
Counterterrorism
Unconventional Weapons Preparation & Response

Cybersecurity Emphasis:
Computer Systems Security Fundamentals
Cybersecurity Defense in Depth
Security Focused Risk Management

Emergency Response Health Management Emphasis:
Intro to Healthcare Management
Critical Issues in Health Care
Not these in particular, but several CSU-Global CBE's in Healthcare area

CSU-Global also has Disaster Response & Disaster Recovery CBE's.

APU/AMU has a Homeland Security degree and tons of courses that might work (although you'd probably just want to get the degree from them). Same with Cybersecurity, and Emergency and Disaster Management degrees.

Dfrecore,
Thanks for the response. So the Agency Management Section can be tested out of? Do you happen to know if I can apply to Excelsior but not pick the Homeland Security Emphasis right away?
