My friend's husband is looking for a degree, but we have a slight problem: his JST is from 1987-1992, and his MOS (0811 Field Artillery Cannoneer) has this underneath it:

Occupation not evaluated by ACE or not evaluated during the time frame held by service member.

TESU's website does say that anything prior to 1994 may have missing or incomplete info.

Does anyone know how he could go about finding out if he had any available credits from this?

Does he have a copy of his training certificates? I'd start there, then contact the nearest (Marine?) education center with this question. If he has documentation, he may be able to PLA something, even if it wasn't directly ACE-evaluated. He's definitely not the first vet to run into this problem. A knowledgeable Education Officer might be able to help.
