For GS-7 its not just any Election to membership in any national scholastic honor society. It has to be on their list and a member of a specific accredited agency.

Federal jobs often have the ability to qualify based on education or experience,and sometimes based on a combination of education and experience. That might be an option for you if you can show how your work experience is equivalent.

GS11 here with no issues. Have you taken graded courses elsewhere? My Agency would simply allow for the submission of each transcript (that covers the courses that are on your TESU transcript), and calculate the GPA in that manner.

Most HR types I have seen with the Feds will not waste the time. Too many other applications.
