Default Percent sign is broken in the new forum software

100% of percent signs are broken in the new forum software.

    100% = 100 percent = 100%

edit OK maybe not 100% but many % signs are broken

Goal: TESC BA Computer Science (switched from BSBA CIS)

After completing all but 4 gen eds for the BSBA, in 2013 I switched to BA CS, then took almost 2 years off, and am now slow-rolling it until complete.

    Done:
CCAF: AAS Comp Sci | CLEP: A&I Lit, College Composition Modular, College Math, Financial Accounting, Marketing, Management, Microecon, Sociology, Psychology | DSST: Public Speaking, Business Ethics, Finance | ALEKS: College Algebra/Trig/Stats
TESU: English Comp, Business Law, Macroecon, Managerial Accounting, Strategic Mgmt (BSBA Capstone), C++, Data Structures, Calc I/II

    Remaining:
Discrete Math (in progress), handful of upper level CS classes, BA capstone

Wife pursuing HR cert via APUS.

    Testing quick reply: 100%

A-ha! Quick-reply is stripping the percent sign and replacing it with the HTML entity.
