Default 07/12 What's on the Grill?

This darn rain is following me around. From Michigan to Cincinnati and now back to Michigan. But I will NOT be stopped!

We're having some neighbors/friends over and I'm getting ready to fire up the charcoal Weber.

Baby Back Ribs (hickory/apple smoked) 2 full slabs using indirect heat
    Hawaiian Chicken with grilled pineapple
    Grilled Asparagus
    Cheesy Potatoes

    Sam Adams Summer Ale
    Bushmills Irish Whisky

Appetizers/desserts to be brought by guests

    Damn. Life is good today.

    Default Ummmmmmmm Cheesy Potatoes

I can't imagine two words in the English language that belong together more than "cheesy" and "potatoes". So, how were they? Derived from a super, secret family recipe, I hope?

The Cheesy Potatoes are my wife's recipe. I don't ask and she doesn't tell. They were cheese-a-licious. Here's a pic of the ribs before the gluttons got to 'em.
