Default Easiest Lab Option? Science-Hating Kid...

I'm realizing my younger son doing a degree at an NA school is not a good idea, so I'm looking at at least making sure he gets an AS at Charter Oak. I just realized they require 7 hours of science including one lab credit. I know about the lab options on SL, but are there perhaps others I've missed that might work better for him? Particularly something more along the lines of earth/environmental science or astronomy? My younger son hates science and math, so keep that in mind when making suggestions.
Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:
Community College: Intro to Philosophy, Fundamentals of IT, English Comp 1
Saylor: Intro to Business, Principles of Marketing, Corporate Communication
Shmoop: US History 2 (WGU won't accept this)
    ALEKS: Int. Algebra, College Algebra
Study.com: Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, HR Management, Global Business, Advanced Operations Management
Straighterline: US History 2, Environmental Science, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, English Comp 2, Principles of Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting 1,Communication, Managerial Accounting, Statistics
    Ed4Credit: Managing Information Systems
    Sophia: Project Management
CURRENT - Enrolling 6/1 for HR Management at WGU - completion date 11/30/17

Intro to Nutrition from Straighterline plus the one-hour FON100LL lab from Rio Salado.
Class Schedule | Rio Salado College

It's keeping a food diary for a few days if I recall correctly.

You guys are awesome! Thanks so much. Has anyone verified that COSC accepts these as sufficient for their science/lab combo?

I know we have had people here who took the nutrition lab specifically to fulfill that requirement. The CSU Pueblo courses sound even sciencey-er.
