Most community college credits will transfer over to universities if they have articulation agreements.  If you're taking ACE/NCCRS alternative credits, only institutions that accept them will take the credits, such as TESU.  

Since you listed business courses above, it's wise to just ladder up to a TESU BSBA by completing the general education requirements, BSBA core requirements from this link, you can look at the area of study last as it's only 18 credits.

My 2 best options for a Bachelors degree would be TESU or UMPI?
Does that sound correct?

I will at least, and first finish a Pierpont AAS degree.

I agree that TESU or UMPI are going to be your best options for a Bachelor's degree.

Yup, you can go for a TESU undergrad BSBA CIS/BA Computer Science and then ladder up to the UMPI MAOL, WGU MSML, or another WGU degree. Usually, it's better to stick with your public/state university at undergrad and then branch out. Some like a "one and done" solution, it really depends on the student habits, needs, wants...

How much does Pierpont Charge for the AAS degree?

The reason I was looking into 2 associate degrees,
is because I  figured i would go for an AA at Clovis using financial aid.

And at Pierpont I would just use sophia
 like was recommended, to get any needed credits for an AAS degree.

My most likely next move would be a Bachelors at the U of Maine,
or TESU.

Just formulating the beginning of a strategy.

in September it looks like I will be taking 6-12 credits at Clovis to get the ball rolling.
i already have 30+ RA credits,
so I might try to start a few credits at Pierpont also.

I am going to fill in the puzzle pieces as i go,
but i might just get an AAS at Pierpont,
at the end of the day????

Pierpont won't let you get a 2nd degree there - if you already have one, you can't get theirs.  So get that one first.

Either way, I would not make this a goal, as they are 2 generic degrees that won't do much for you duplicating each other.

For their BOG AAS degree, Pierpont charges $0. Your only fees are for transcripts and the cost of whatever credits you've taken elsewhere. Most of your credits can come from Sophia, with only a single graded credit being needed. So, for most students, the cost is probably going to be ~$200-300 for Sophia, $0 for Credly transcript, $25 for ASU's 1-credit class, $15 for ASU transcript to Pierpont. That's it.

Pierpont is the most affordable Associate's degree for Americans.

For you, it'll (probably) only be the single month Sophia for $99 to get the credits that are needed for Pierpont.

That's right, finish the BOG AAS FIRST and then complete the community college Associates you're working on. Ladder that to your local university for the Bachelors, if you prefer TESU for the max transfer of 114 credits, you can go that route since you're in NJ anyways. Just keep in mind, you may want to do the flat rate tuition and finish 16 credits at TESU to get rid of the residency waiver fee of $3288, that will drop the 114 transfer credit to 104.
