1 year vs 2 year masters

Just to add another point of reference, at Liberty University, it seems 15 grad credits in a year is considered FT too.

The only thing I can think of is that they offer pay increases by credit hours similar to teachers' pay scales.  Most schools offer increases for every 15 hours above a BA with an additional stipend for a masters or doctoral degree.  Maybe the state of TN offers extra $$ for 60 unit masters over and above what they offer for 30-36 unit masters degrees.  That is the only thing which makes sense to me.

Man, got to love HR. I wonder how many people have been burned because they have a B.S. in Business and not a B.S. in Business Administration.


As for your masters, just tell them it is a 2-year masters that you finished in 1-year.
