We have had some students recently do PUG degrees and I haven't heard any issues with staff.

They are transfer-friendly. The PHP cert you can do in a couple of days and that cert alone is worth 7 courses!

They also take a lot of Google certs which can count for multiple courses and can be done in a week or less.

The regular business degree has 15 specializations.  I went to their site, clicked on the degree, and it was right there on the front page.  The ExcelTrack business degree also has some specializations that are available as well (either all courses are ExcelTrack, or else it's probably an option to transfer in a few courses from Study.com or somewhere else, and finish through ExcelTrack).

Please note that ExcelTrack requires you to have 3 years of relevant work experience before you can enroll and considering you're only 19, I don't think that they would accept you for ExcelTrack. It's unclear whether or not this requirement can be waived or not. If you do find out that it can in fact be waived, please share on the forum.
In progress:
XAMK: Video Game Creation certificate (8/13 courses completed)
Metropolia: Multiple Courses (In Progress: IT Services Sales and Marketing)

Completed:
Sophia: 62 credits

alright so this isnt a viable option, i heard PUG isnt respected at all due to scandals in the past what do you think about UMGC? do they have competency based programs?

These are the schools we know of that currently have "viable" competency-based programs: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Co...d_Programs

This list doesn't include schools like TESU or SNHU because those aren't technically competency-based, even though most of the degree can be done on a competency basis.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210
