APUS / AMU Momentum 2020: A 50% Scholarship for Visiting Students
#1
I am not sure if anyone posted on this before...but if you are interested in American Public University System (APUS), they've got this neat program. I wish I had this opportunity when I was with them!! That's a great discount for them.

Momentum 2020 Scholarship

Due to overwhelming need and uncertainty surrounding the reopening of traditional colleges for in-person learning this fall, AMU is extending its Momentum 2020 Scholarship into 2021.
AMU's Momentum 2020 Scholarship gives you 50% off, up to two undergraduate courses for course starts through June 2021. AMU courses start every month.
  • 50% tuition grant = $427.50 per 3-credit course (most courses are 3 credits, plus $65 tech fee per course)
  • Available to all undergraduate students currently enrolled at a four-year, primarily on-campus school
  • Applies to course starts through June 2021
  • Must provide a valid student ID from your home school to complete enrollment
  • Some courses have lab fees, and the lab fees are not covered by the scholarship
  • No form of government student financial aid is available through our university for students who participate in the AMU Momentum 2020 Scholarship; students should check with their home institution as to whether any government aid may be available through the home institution.
AMU is part of American Public University System (APUS), accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
  • Leader in affordable online higher education
  • Mostly 8-week courses, with some 16-week courses available
  • Monthly course start dates (Scholarship can be applied to course starts through June 2021 for this program)
  • Faculty-led learning in a collaborative environment
  • 1,200+ undergrad courses to choose from that relate to 70+ undergrad degree programs
  • No-cost textbooks and ebooks for undergraduate courses through our university book grant

That is great. If I understand it well is only valid for 2 courses, no?

My question arises to the point of:
1) I do now 2 courses and get 3 credits x2 = 6 credits.
2) then I transfer in with 75% credits from other sources.
3) Can I then use the 90 credits from other sources and the 6 that I did at this time(now with this offer) count for the remaining 30 I have to do at APU to get a degree from them? So I only have 24 to do?
4) or should still do 30 with them?
