The American Public University System now has competency-based programs that are called "Momentum." The cost is $2,500 per 16-week term, and only baccalaureate programs are available: criminal justice, fire science management, emergency and disaster management, and retail management. Financial aid is not available yet.

It looks like this is for someone coming in with an AA already. So a little different than WGU or Hodges. Makes sense to do it this way though.
