Anybody know if any other colleges other than TESU have a credit-by-exam similar to the TECEP exams? Maybe one with a larger course selection? Or even better, if anybody knows of a college that allows you to request an exam to recieve (transferrable) credit for a course.

Strayer offers many, but only to enrolled students. It's been talked about on this forum before (especially in 2020 when Strayer was offering a free semester), but I don't remember if anyone had success transferring the credits to other schools.

Many schools offer "challenge exams" to their students. However, unlike TESU, these are generally non-transferrable and are only applicable to a small number of classes. For instance, you might be able to take a challenge exam for Algebra but couldn't test out of Psych 101.
Excelsior used to have a ton of transferable exams similar to TESU. Unfortunately, they discontinued that program a while back.
For transferable credit, about your only option these days is TESU.
