Did you take it again at the B&M CC? Or was it online through TESU?

The second time I took it online through TESU. Might've been able to do it at the B&M but didn't feel like going through the trouble of leaving the house.

And I'm understanding the 24 credits rule same as you - if you have 24 RA credits, no Accuplacer needed. 24 total credits, but less than 24 RA credits, you need the Accuplacer. Less than 24 credits, no age waiver.
