Are these two Statistics courses equivalent?
#1
Hi all, does this look like equivalent courses between Olivet Nazarene and TESU ... I know that there's no guarantee, but is it a safe bet?

I highlighted the matching topics in GREEN.

MATH-120 Intro to Statistics (ONU)
Basic descriptive statistics
Probability
The normal distribution
Hypothesis-testing
Regression
Correlation

STA-201 Principles of Statistics (TESU)
Sampling and data
Descriptive statistics
Probability
Statistical distributions
Hypothesis testing
Distribution-free testing

As far as we are aware, TESU brings all statistics courses in as STA-201. There are minor exceptions when a statistics-heavy course is called something else. Such as Strayer's "MAT 210 Data-Driven Decisions" which TESU brings in as MAT299. But, otherwise, yes. They're equivalent courses in TESU's eyes.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Yes, for TESU, any statistics course will fill that requirement. I assume you're trying to use this for the RA requirements? Otherwise, I would have recommended the cheaper/easier/faster options from ACE instead.
In Progress: Walden MBA | TESU BA Biology & Computer Science
Graduate Certificate: Global Management & Entrepreneurship, ASU (Freebie)

Completed: TESU ASNSM Biology, BSBA (ACBSP Accredited 2017)
Universidad Isabel I: ENEB MBA, Big Data & BI, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Certs: 6Sigma/Lean/Scrum, ITIL | Cisco/CompTIA/MTA | Coursera/Edx/Udacity

Thanks BJ, y its to get RA. I'm right up to the line with 30 on my plan because I don't have any college at all, so this one is teh easiest way it seem for me to get them.
