1) Take your time to decide for the degree/school of choice... If you're US PR/Citizen, WGU can take your application if you have a stable internet connection in your specific part of Mexico. It really depends on them and how flexible they are with specific parts of Mexico, they have restrictions also for areas/parts of Canada as well. At this time, start accumulating credits towards those degrees...
2) Check out not only GT and their offerings, but any other Coursera/EDX and so on that is within your budget. Sometimes your application along with education, interest, etc, may be more rounded for a slightly different degree degree, see if other options other than Data Analytics/Science is alright for you, such as a BSCS with a concentration in Data Analytics/Science or something similar.
