BSB/HR Grad. MASTERS?
#1
Hi guys!! I conquered the Precalculus course on SL and boy was it hectic. I am scheduled to graduate on September 28,2019 with my Bachelors of Science in Business with Human Resource Management Certificate from UoP.

Any suggestions on grad school? If so, what program? A program that's low in cost and I could complete swiftly. Smile)

Im the first to do it inside of my family, so college is quite new to me. You all are extremely helpful.

What do you want to do career wise? A graduate degree really fine tunes a speciality for the most part. If you do a Masters in Human Resources but you really want to work in Finance, you would not do yourself any good. I would recommend thinking about what your career goal is and pick a program based on your career goals.
Master of Science (M.S.) in Quantitative Management: Business Analytics (2023)
Duke University | The Fuqua School of Business

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management (2019)
Southeastern Oklahoma State University | The John Massey School of Business

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology (2015)
East Central University | The College of Health Sciences

Accumulated Credit: Undergraduate - 126 Hours, Graduate - 83 Hours

Also, they will accept a NA degree to get into their masters programs.

Nationally Accredited (as opposed to regionally accredited). Most schools' masters programs will want a RA bachelors (unless they are NA themselves).

UoP is NA.

RA is usually preferable.

Hmm, interesting indeed, I am guessing at this, but I think the OP finished at the UOP, the For-Profit entity known as University of Phoenix, not the University of the People. So technically, the Bachelors is Regionally Accredited and not Nationally Accredited in the case of U of the People.

My recommendation is also WGU, unless you want to go for a slightly more well known brand name, then go for Purdue Global MBA ExcelTrack, and as a third/final option, I'll throw in the Walden MBA as they have a couple of specializations, such as Project Management.
In Progress: Walden MBA | TESU BA Biology & Computer Science
Graduate Certificate: Global Management & Entrepreneurship, ASU (Freebie)

Completed: TESU ASNSM Biology, BSBA (ACBSP Accredited 2017)
Universidad Isabel I: ENEB MBA, Big Data & BI, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Certs: 6Sigma/Lean/Scrum, ITIL | Cisco/CompTIA/MTA | Coursera/Edx/Udacity

I think in this case the OP is using 'UoP' for University of Phoenix (RA), not University of the People (NA) - but I could be wrong and then your're 100% correct Smile
Amberton University
- MS Human Relations and Business - 2022
Thomas Edison State University (TESU)
- BSBA General Management - 2018
- ASNSM Computer Science -2018

Whoops....if it is Phoenix, never mind what I said about NA, OP (altho knowing the difference could still come in handy).

I'm kind of amused that you got a BA at a very expensive school, but then are looking to save money on the MA. I personally would say spend very little on a BA, then splurge a little on the MA if you have the extra cash...
