Union Electrician Apprentice - Advice of CLEPing out of a Accounting Degree?

Now I'd like to CLEP out of a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in accounting. As I'd like to take my college degree to the film industry and try my hand at producing.

This is like preparing yourself to be a male stripper while at the same time studying to be a priest.  You are at two opposite ends of the spectrum. 

Many people go into creative fields yet are clueless on the aspects of business, which is why many of them fail to make a living.  Getting a business degree can be useful and serve as a backup plan if things don't work out in the film industry.  UMPI's BA business leadership is one of the easiest to get. 

There is a lot of demand for people that know how to do video editing.  Learning video editing software and producing content that you throw up on Youtube/Tiktok gives you some practice.  Take some courses on Udemy or somewhere similar.
