I don't agree with their methodology and their rankings, I think, it's skewed in favor for schools that have a larger alumni or student base... This is the thread I like the most, the rankings for Colleges ROI... Link https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid262830

All rankings have a bias.  All rankings I take with a grain of salt.   I just think it's neat the Big 3 are listed in it. Smile   Most rankings are always about the Top 100 which is such a tiny slice of even the US colleges.

Just in case anyone gets any ideas about relative quality after seeing them being ranked thousands of places apart, it is really irrelevant. Even with the annually rehashed U.S. News lists, once you drop under Top 50ish, the difference in academic quality is meaningless for most people. Do what is best for your situation.

Having scoured so many of these ranking lists for the frighteningly competitive students I help in my position, it is interesting to see both Tsinghua and Peking in the Top 20 here for Excellence while their Presence doesn't crack 100 (or even 300). Just kind of highlights their "forgotten giant" status. On the other hand, UWashington being ranked a world Top 10 and Cornell topping all ivies save Harvard is really, truly pushing the credibility of their model. UWashington, for example, is at best a deep safety option for students here, and they would never dream to turn down any of several dozen other unis for it, even if it is actually a great school. The methodology here seems bizarre and goes against admissions statistics that I'm familiar with, but nice to see some other way of ranking unis at least.
