Well, it wasn't that fast for me. I managed to complete my MBA in a single term, but it ended up taking 7 months instead of 6. Though that is still way faster and cheaper than the traditional path since I still only had to pay for a single term.

I had planned to finish in 4-5 months, and I was well on track since I finished everything but the Capstone in 3.5 months. But then I got put into a slower-moving Capsim group which took 6 weeks to finish. Along the way, some unexpected health issues popped up which made finding a partner for my consulting project take longer than expected. All together that ended up delaying me long enough that I required an extension to finish.

On the bright side, I was in charge of my Capsim team and led our company to a top 1% score across all schools. We got an award from the school too, though they give that to everyone that gets in the top 10%. I was hoping they would have a special reward for the top 1%. Wink

Yeah, there are a bunch. However, I'm not one of them. I'm in San Francisco. But it's only a half-day drive or a short flight to get to Anaheim from here.

I'm still debating on whether I'm going to go. If I do, I'm going to try to turn it into a family vacation since my daughter will be 4 by then and she'd love to see Disneyland. Smile
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

If the Anaheim date was the week before or the week after Blizzcon, I'd attend that one for sure.

Thank you very much for the clarification JSD.
It's a bummer that 30 of my business credits will go to waste.
Now I won't be taking the free TEEX Cyber courses and CSM until I graduate at WGU. I might be able to use it as free electives or AOS when I decided for a 2nd degree at TESU. Or might as well take an MBA instead.

@nosideedison just to confirm you are located in the US correct?  Your post states you have foreign  credits, and WGU does not take international students (they are strictly US student only)

I'd say I hate to brag, but I'd be lying.  This morning I successfully completed the capstone course and applied for graduation.  Now it's just a matter of time for the WGU records department to process everything and I will have my BS in Network Operations and Security!  Now on to my next degree.

Congratulations!!! I think everyone here loves a good "I'm finished" brag! Smile I say bring it on!!
