No way to answer that in a general fashion. What career do you want going forward? If you want to work in IS Management, then I'd say ISM. Obviously, BA works for a LOT of different jobs.

There is no single degree that will help everyone with their career. You need to look at jobs that look interesting to YOU, and then see what degree gets you to that job in the future. FYI, not having a degree is sometimes an option as well. 70% of adults in this country don't have degrees, and many are quite successful without a degree.
