So the person the OP spoke on the phone could have been mistaken or talking about certain degree programs?
According to the website, it still states they allow up to 113 transfer credits.

OP relayed the information provided by EU that the original 113 still applies, unless there are two or more courses from learning partners like Sophia, Study.com, etc., in which case they will now only accept 105 total.

The admissions counselor I spoke with said even if you had Sophia, Study.com etc. courses you’re still able to bring in the 113 credits and will only have to do the 3 classes at EU. I then asked if after my evaluation I don’t meet the total can I still knock out courses from other providers to meet the 113 credits and he said yes I will have 30 days after my evaluation to bring those in without having to pay the $300 reevaluation fee.

Thank you for clarifying! The plot thickens... It seems that different people are providing different information, so it's a question of who has the correct information. I guess we'll find out when someone is able to follow through or not.

Admissions at EU can be frustrating. You will often get different answers when asking different people questions. The academic advisor I had could never answer a question but would have to research it and take at least a week to get back to me. This process went on for months before I gave up on them.

Either way, I think I’m going with UMPI. They seem to be much more professional. It sounds better also.
By the way, an admissions counselor went out of their way to call me and left a voicemail. I’ll talk to her tomorrow if they’re open and relay what she says.
