University of Central Arkansas offers an online PhD in Change Leadership for Equity and Inclusion with 3 concentrations: K-12 Education Leadership, Digital Age Curriculum and Instruction, and Community Leadership. The degree program is 63 hours, $325/hr, so total cost $20,475. If their online tuition and fees calculator is accurate, there are no additional mandatory fees.

I am in this program.
I am wrapping up my second semester. I have a few threads about this program that I made as well.
Program is excellent, the instructors (professors) and admin at this school are excellent, best I have experienced so far in my academic career.
The price is correct there are no extra fees.
