I personally recommend Indira Gandhi National Open University. Obviously, most of the Masters degree $700 per 2 semesters.
So eventually you only need about $1500 to get Masters and degrees from this University accredited by Indian Government.

also check Guru Nanak Dev University Online, Manipal Online, Manav Rachna University, Aligarh Muslim University.
All of these Universities, tuition, less than $500 a semester. legit in the United States, and South Korea. I checked from WES evaluation.

In Asia, South Korea and India, you pay by semester not by a credit.
