Clovis Community College, English 102

From my understanding, LSU is also self-paced but how about Penn Foster?

I would not do Penn Foster for ENG Comp, it is cheaper and quicker to do it with Straighterline in the long run and to wash the units with fort hayes.
CCAF-AS Logistics Management
CCAF-AS Bio-Environmental Science
Cerro Coso Community College-AS Administration of Justice
Excelsior College-BS Criminal Justice-2008
TESC-BA Liberal Studies-2009

Unfortunately according to frankiebleyes (see earlier posting in this thread), Fort Hays would not accept Eng Comp II. So StraighterLine option may be out for Eng Comp II. Can anyone else confirm this?

I just wanted to mention that LSU will let you finish a class in 5 weeks. You don't have to take the whole semester!

I called LSU in regards to a nutrition class, but the college I need to transfer it to won't accept it... so it didn't work out.

LSU does take awhile, in theory you can finish in about 5 weeks, but you are limited to only 3 assignments a week with 14 assignments as the norm, but in reality it will take about 3 months to finish if you are quick, they take forever to grade your assignments and midterm. You cannot proceed until you receive your grade on the midterm or other assignments.

I ran into that with my criminology class I took with last summer.

Apparently:
Accreditation: Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA/HLC) and Distance Education and Training Council (DETC)
BUT
Credit for StraighterLine courses will only be awarded upon the completion of at least 12 credits at Ellis University

You'll need to confirm if it's true.
