Would anyone, by any chance, know of any DO schools that accept ACE credits when enrolling new students?

There are 38 schools of osteopathic medicine.
U.S. Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine
Some schools have multiple campuses, so the number of distinct schools is 32. That's a reasonable number for you to look up. For something as important as professional school, I wouldn't take someone else's word for it.

I agree with clep3705, however; "almost all" medical/professional schools such as engineering require a GPA evaluation for the last 60-90 credits.
ACE/NCCRS, CLEP/DSST etc are mainly for year 1 and have no grade, they will not be looked at, it's your final 2-3 years of your premed prereq's.
Further to that, they also look at your MCAT and other scores, it's not "only" your transcripts, but that's a major part of evaluating your application.
