Deciding on an order/financial aid/new here

I'm including a degree plan for the BSBA in Marketing from TESU.  I color coded it to show how you could do the courses for the cheapest possible pricing - and I did 2 paid months of Study.com - 1 for your Oral Comm requirement and International Business requirement, because there's no free/cheap way to get those, and the other because you need a 6th marketing course, and Study has one, so if you're doing that, you may as well do Prin of Finance while you're paying for it anyway.  It ends up being $475 for your courses (all 117 credits!!!), and then you'd pay for the Capstone course to complete your degree.

You would also need to pay the TESU residency waiver.  Which a Pell Grant would not cover - it could cover the Capstone and one other full course during the same term (possibly, as this would make you a half time student in the eyes of the government by having 6 or more credits).  Alas, there is no easy way around that residency waiver being an out of pocket expense.

I do know that TESU is probably not the best bet for using financial aid.  I would think that WGU would be much better, because I think it is covered in full each term.  Pell Grant is $6095 per year starting in July 2018, which is $3047.50 per "semester", which would mean that with the Business degree scholarship they offer ($500/term), you'd actually have the full term paid for by financial aid, and get a little money back (term cost is $2835 after scholarship).

One thing to keep in mind for WGU - you cannot bring in courses after you enroll.  Which means you need to take all of your classes, Apply at WGU, transfer everything, and then make sure everything comes in how you want it to BEFORE enrolling.  I think you could either pay the $675 in my plan, and finish the final 8 courses in a single term (or 2 terms, it's 37 credits which is a lot for a single term).  Or you could take away another couple of courses from Study.com, pay only $75 for the Saylor courses, and take 55 credits (16 courses) in 2-3 terms.  My preference would be speed, since cost isn't a huge issue.  But others may have some better ideas.
