Off campus and you can submit the FAFSA for 4 colleges (send your FAFSA report to New Mexico Junior College, Clovis Community College, COSC, and TESC). Your information is forwarded to any colleges you put down within like a week or two.
Figure out where you want to do any courses for CC - the cost differences are negligible, so go for the college that has the best courses for your degree plan (you can only typically get college aid at one school so you'll want 4 courses at either one).
You'll have to do some homework going over your degree plan and figuring out what courses and when and where you'll want to take them
