Different answer for same question on REA and InstantCert

So I purchased an REA study guide for my son for US History to 1865, and also purchased the InstantCert access for practicing. He read the REA study guide initially, then moved onto the InstantCert note cards. Today I had him take one of the REA practice tests and the answer it shows as correct conflicts with the answer Instant Cert shows as correct. He swears there are other instances like that but has yet to show me proof of any but this one. So who's right? And how do I know there aren't more wrong answers in one or the other products?
