TESU, when should I enroll?

Most colleges do not require you to take the majority of your courses through them. Most have a residency requirement that you can't get out of, and the most common one that I've heard is 30 credits - or even "the last 30 credits."

And, since TESU is crazy expensive compared to many of these schools (at $499/cr hour, that's $60k for 120 credits). At that price, it's $8000 for just 16 credits. Yikes. At that point, you would be smarter to switch to the Comprehensive Plan, for $9820 OOS, and take 36 credits.

Anyway, the cheapest thing to do with most degrees where you can get a lot of inexpensive credits is to pay the residency waiver.

I have been on TESU website. I viewed the Gen Ed Courses for those enrolled after 2016. They require 3 hours in Information Lirtacy with options including: HIS356, LIT301, LIT302, LIT331, LIT460, PSY322, REL405, SOC291, SOS110, or SOS492. I could NOT find equivalent courses with SL or Study.com. Do any of you know a course that would match up with any of these? Or, is there an exam I should study for that would substitute? Thanks!

The courses listed on the tesu website where you were checking is all of the courses offered by tesu that will satisfy the requirement.  They make it a little confusing because you don't need to take one of the exact courses that they have listed, you just need a course that will satisfy the requirement. As stated above straighterline intro to religion will work for this slot, it will transfer in as REL277 instead of REL405 but it still works for info literacy.  If you haven't downloaded the spreadsheet that was posted earlier in this thread go ahead and grab it, its listed on there.  Also I tried to answer your pm earlier but your account has them blocked... =]

Ok! I was just afraid the info was out of date with the changes they had listed. Yay! Also, I will try to see how to unblock PM.

Technical Writing will work as well.

JSD listed a few, including the specific providers - but those courses at any of the providers will work (so A&I Lit for example as a CLEP or Study.com).
