I looked at my printed eval from TESC and they only gave me Credit only , NO LETTER GRADE, from EC for the ECE exams, World Population showed only CR as did Labor Relations.
Now, on my EC transcript they do give me a LETTER GRADE, so you have a trade off.
EC=Letter Grade for ECE Exams
TESC=CREDIT ONLY on ECE Exams from EC.

True, they wont give an answer unless you are enrolled. I am going to enroll in about a month, but would like to know the answer before I do.

I guess this may be an answer:
Quote:Excelsior College has been attaching letter grades to scores earned on most Excelsior College Examinations, CLEP Subject Examinations, and DSST Exam Program Subject Standardized Tests since September 1, 1995. The College made this change to recognize the outstanding achievement of many students earning credit by examination, and to validate the student's grade point average by including more credit-bearing experiences. We believe that having more credits appear on the student's transcript with letter grades provides a clearer picture of accomplishment to graduate school admissions committees.
