I'm going over the final details of my credit evaluation. Although the degree I am having the credits evaluated is a CEGEP degree, all the courses that transfer over are evaluated as LL courses—even the advanced language and history courses (the last of four courses each).
Is this normal? If a few of the courses—some of which have direct equivalencies to university courses—can transfer over as UL, that would be great (especially on the wallet!).

Since it appears that CEGEP only awards 2 year degrees, they might only give them LL status regardless of their actual subject matter. That's a very common practice in the U.S.

I completed a 2 year college program previously (equivalent to an associates degree), all of the credits transferred over as LL.

Thanks for the clarification!
Regarding grades, I have three advanced courses of which I got 90%, 92% and 95%. However, I was only given A for each, instead of A+ (they're not easy courses as well, since the class average was 78% for the first two courses). Is this normal?

Unless the teacher grades on a curve, which it doesn't sound like he/she did, then none of those grades is an A+ (which would normally be 98%+).

As dfrecore stated, usually the cut-off for A+ is 97 or 98, and some schools don't give A+ grades at all. I have scored over 100% on multiple courses and still got only an A.

Same. In my experience, most institutions don't give an A+ result, but if they did, it would only be for 98+.
