As you can see in my signature below, I need a nice quick elective to pursue my AS. Looking for some input please. I am enrolled with SL and am on course to finish up the remainder of the classes before my next due date so SL is preferred unless there is something quicker/cheaper I can transfer to ACE/COSC. I have a few military credits in communications/tech/computers but unsure if any will move over to COSC. Thank you

Personal Finance is fairly straightforward if you have much life experience. You can apply for the Study.com scholarship and get it free. A lot of people who have College Algebra do ALEKS Intermediate Algebra as a quick elective.
NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)

For COSC, you could do ALEKS Beginning AND Intermediate Algebra for 6 liberal arts and sciences credits. They don't fulfill the quantitative literacy requirement but they still work for elective credit.
Also, I just noticed that you have completed SL Nutrition. You could complete your lab science component by doing the Rio Salado Nutrition lab, which appears to involve keeping a food diary for a few days. More info on that below.
